A trio of LCHS runners captured finishes at the West Virginia State Track Meet Oct. 31.

Sophomore Emily Louk paced the way for the Minutemen finishing in the Top 10 for the second-straight year.  Her teammate, Brooke Bennett finished ___ in her first tournament appearance.

Louk’s brother, Nate, also competed at the tournament finishing in the top half of the competition.

In both the male and female events, there were approximately 100 runners.

Cross-Country the newest sport to be offered at LCHS.  The team is coached by Master Sergeant Bill Linger.
